Stir in ginger garlic paste and saute till aromatic.
Add powdered spices and saute for few seconds.

First of all soak the soya chunks and Oats in warm water for 10 minutes in different bowl and keep it beside.and after 10 minutes roughly churn soya chunks.In a bowl take curd and add all dry spices.

Take a non-stick pan add coconut oil and add all ingredients.when tomato cooked properly add masala curd and cook it for 5 minutes and then add crushed Soya chunks and mix it well.add water and cook it for 10 minutes cover it with a lead..

When keema absorb all water then add lemon juice and mix it well and garnish with ghee, coriander leaves and cheese then serve it with sesame seeds..
Pour the Dosa batter to the boiling hot pan.
We make soya keema by soaking the soya granules in water and crush it using grinder.
