  6. Add carrot and walnut.

  7. Adjust cosistency by adding milk.

  8. Pour the batter in greased cake tin, tap twice.

  9. Preheat the microwave on convection mode at 200° C.

  10. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

  11. After it is done, wait for 2-3 minutes then insert the butter knife on the sides of the cake tin so that cake leaves the sides.

  12. Invert the cake on a wired rack to cool completely.

  13. There after cut the slices.

Its still cake after all !
