Ingredients of Tigernut pancakes

  1. Prepare 250 g of tigernut powder.

  2. You need 500 g of flour.

  3. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.

  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.

  5. It’s 6 tbsp of sugar (optional).

  6. You need 3 of eggs.

  7. Prepare 1 tsp of blended pepper.

  8. You need of Fresh pepper& 1bulb onions (optional).

  9. Prepare 1 cup of water.

  10. Prepare 50 g of melted margarine.

How to cook AIP Tigernut Pancakes.

Sift together all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Grease an iron or ceramic skillet with coconut oil.

The batter will be a bit thicker than traditional batter, so if needed use the back of a spoon to smooth.

Tigernut pancakes step by step

  1. Separate dry ingredients from the wet ones..

  2. Add your cool melted margarine and whisk with your eggs.

  3. Place your frypan on a low heat, add little margarine or vegetable oil, use cooking brush or spoon to spread it evenly. Add your barter proportional and flip when one part is properly cooked..
