Stir fry broccoli and prawns. Mix the black bean sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add to the pan and toss. Cooked in sweet & savoury sauce with a kick of bird eye chilli.
In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil and lemon or lime juice.
Finally add the pre-cooked broccoli and the sauce and stir-fry together for a minute.
Serve right away, while still nice and hot.

Prepare 1 pack of uncooked prawns.

It’s 1 bunch of broccoli (chunky chopped).

You need 2 of carrots (sliced).

Prepare of Garlic oil.

You need 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce.

You need 1 tsp of Fish sauce.

Prepare 1 tsp of Soy Sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Remove shrimp mixture from the pan.
Return the broccoli and shrimp and any juices to the pan.
Re-whisk the reserved sauce and add to the pan.
