Drumstick Curry/Murungakkai Mor Kuzhambu step by step

  1. Take drumstick in a sauce pan cover with water, salt, and turmeric powder, cook till drumstick is done..

  2. Grind the coconut, raw rice, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chillies into a smooth paste..

  3. Add a little warm water to help it grind well. Add the yogurts the coconut mixture..

  4. Add coconut mixture in cooked drumstick into a sauce pan and mix well. Bring it to boil. Turn off the heat..

  5. Heat oil and add in all seasoning ingridents and cook till golden..

  6. Pour the it over the and mix well..

  7. Serve Murungakkai mor kuzhambu with rice..
