Ingredients of Oats sprout paratha

  1. You need 1/2 bowl of Oats powder.

  2. Prepare 1/2 bowl of Wheat flour.

  3. It’s 4 tbsp of Whole moong dal sprout.

  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Fenugreek / methi sprout.

  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Crushed whole coriander seeds.

  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Whole cumin seeds.

  7. It’s 1/4 tsp of Amchur / dried mango powder.

  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Grated ginger.

  9. You need to taste of Salt.

  10. You need 1 tbsp of Oil.

  11. It’s 2 tbsp of Clarified butter.

Stuffed paratha with moong sprouts and broccoli cooked with spices to make it suitable for Indian tastebuds.

  1. Heat oil in a pan..

  2. Add cumin seeds,crushed whole coriander seeds to crackle..

  3. Add moong dal sprout,methi sprout,red chilli powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger and salt and mix well..

  4. Saute for 3 - 4 mins..

  5. Now stuffing is ready.

  6. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well..

  7. With the help of water to make a soft dough..

  8. Divide the dough into equal size balls..

  9. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha..

  10. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifing butter on both the sides..

  11. Serve hot.
