Nutrela Kofta Curry instructions

  1. First boil the nutrela chunks & paste it in mixer..

  2. Then add whole jeera,red chilli powder & turmeric powder, salt in that pan..

  3. Next make a small dumplings & fry it in kadai an keep it aside..

  4. Now we have make gravy.For that 1st put some white oil & whole Jeera for tampering then add tomato puree & cook it for 2/3 mins..

  5. Then add ginger paste, chilli, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, salt & sugar as per quantity required & continue cooking for 5mins..

  6. Then add yougurt & cashew paste cook for more 2to 3 mins.Then add water to boil..

  7. When the gravy will turn to little thick add nutrela kofta balls & mix well with the gravy..

  8. Put the oven off & add garam masala powder, fresh cream & garnished with coriander leaves..

  9. Serve it hot with Parathas & Rotis.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.
