  1. For the minced beef put it in a non stick pan allow it to cook till the water drains.

  2. Meanwhile start preparing your ingredients, tomatoes, onions and finely chopped garlic and ginger.

  3. Sauté the ginger and garlic then start adding your spices, allow to cook for few seconds then add in the minced beef.

  4. Cook under medium heat for 10-15 min till it has a thick consistency.
