  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.

  2. You need 1 of green chilli chopped.

  3. You need 1 of small onion chopped.

  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of oats.

  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.

  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  10. It’s as needed of Oil for roasting.

Making oats cheela recipe: First powder the oats in grinder or blender.

Take that in a bowl and also add besan to it.

  1. Collect all the ingredients.
