  1. Boil water for the rice.

  2. Add rice, cooking oil and 1tsp salt.

  3. Turn heat to low and cover for around 10-15 minutes then uncover and taste if ready then set aside.

  5. After a minute add tomatoes and stir as the tomatoes soften.

I love the spices which goes in this curry.
