Recipe: Yummy Dynamite Prawns Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Dynamite Prawns. Dynamite prawns This is fried prawns in creamy chilli dynamite sweet sauce. Whenever we have a dish from the restaurant which we all loved, and long to have again i try to search in web This is one such recipe…its so tasty that it get finished in sec. Dynamite prawns/shrimp is a spicy and crispy recipe made by coating the prawn and deep-frying it.

Usually my Saturdays are very busy.

Either I go to my Mom house or Cook something different.

So after lockdown as we all can't go anywhere and stay at home.

You can have Dynamite Prawns using 10 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Dynamite Prawns

  1. You need 6 of prawns(did not get the kg measurements).

  2. It’s of For the marinade.

  3. It’s of Lemon juice…from one lemon.

  4. Prepare pinch of Salt…a.

  5. You need tbsp of Oyster sauce…3-4.

  6. It’s of For the coating(just enough to coat the prawns).

  7. It’s of Flour.

  8. It’s of Dessicated coconut.

  9. Prepare of Egg wash.

  10. Prepare of Oil for deep frying….enough oil to deep fry them.

So decided to make some delicious dinner with my nephew and niece.

I made a Cheesy garlic bread, my nephew.

Place the fried prawn on absorbent paper to absorb extra oil.

Put all fried prawn in bowl of spicy mayo sauce and with help of two spoons gently toss them,until all are evenly coated with sauce.

Dynamite Prawns step by step

  1. Get your prawns ready.

  2. Remove the skin(or is it the shell).Be careful when you reach the tail area. Slice it through to remove the intestines. Cut off the head too.

  3. Clean your prawns in plenty of water. Best done in a sink under running water.

  4. Time to prepare the marinade… In a bowl, add some lemon juice, salt, and oyster sauce. Add your prawns and mix till well combined.

  5. Get three plates ready… One with wheat flour, another egg wash, and another dessicated coconut.

  6. Dip your marinated prawns in wheat flour first, shake off the excess, next to the eggwash(beat one eggs and a few drops of water/milk)…lastly is the dessicated coconut.

  7. Set aside… As you oil heats up.

  8. Put your prawns in the hot oil gently and let them dry for 3-4 minutes.. They will achieve a nice golden brown color.

  9. Garnish as you please…Yum.

Place the Dynamite Prawns on serving dish on bed of shredded cabbage and lettuce and garnish with chopped spring onion.

Dish out the fried prawns and pour the dynamite sauce on the shrimps generously while they are hot.

Serve in a cocktail glass garnished with green onions.

If you want to fry the prawns later, freeze the tray of the prawn.

When they harden, save them in a zip lock bag and freeze for later date.
