Kachori with allu ki bhaji instructions

  1. Bhaji ke liye allu boil kar ke side kar dein.

  2. Oil garam kar ke piyaz brown krein phir ginger garlic paste dal 1 min bhon lein.

  3. Phir sare dry ingredients dal kar bhon lein aur tomato add kar ke thora pani dal kar cover kar dein take tomato soft ho jain.

  4. Phir boil allu hath sy tor kar dal dein zarde ka rang 1 cup pani dal kar hari mirch bhi add krin aur 10 min ke liye cover kar dein allu ki bhaji ready hai.

  5. Aub dough ready krein mede main oil & salt add kar ke thora pani dal kar dough ready kar lein khayal rahe dough na zada soft ho na hi hard ho cover ke 2 hour ke liye rest dein.

  6. Dal wash kar ke 30 min soak kar lein phir boil kar ke blend kar lein aur kutti lal mirch & salt mix kar ke side kar dein.

  7. Aub mede sy chote chote peray bana kar bech main thori si dal bhar ke Kachori bana lein.

  8. Oil teez garam kar ke Kachori ko golden kar ke nekal lein aur allu ki bhaji ke sath serve kar dein.
