  1. Mix the vegetables with salt,red chilli Powder,garam masala powderginger and gram flour.

  2. Now heat oil and fry koftas and keep aside.

  3. Heat more oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf.

  4. Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft.

  5. Now add ginger paste, cumin-coriander powder and saute.

  6. Add tomato and red chilli Powder and saute till oil separates.

  7. Add water and simmer.

  8. Add sugar and the fried koftas bring it to boil.

  9. Sprinkle garam masala powder and ghee.
