  1. Prepare 2 cup of poha.

  2. It’s 2 of big onion.

  3. Prepare 3 tsp of oil.

  4. You need 1 of green or dry red chilli.

  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste (optional).

  6. You need 1 tsp of urad Dal and mustard seed.

  7. It’s of Curry leaves little.

  8. Prepare 4 tsp of Coriander leaves.

  9. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
