I like nice brown colour of halwa so I roast the flour for good 15-20 min on low flame.

Roughly chop the nuts of your choice.

ADD nuts to the flour being roasted.

Keep roasting fr another 2-3 minutes.

Now carefully add the boiled sugar syrup. Bubbles will rise so be careful and flame should be high. Keep stirring to avoid making of lumps.

Halwa will take form of a lump and ghee will leave the sides of the pan.
