1. It’s 5 lb. of Of chicken breast.

2. It’s 3 cans of carrots (I know I used raw baby carrots).

3. You need 4 of bell peppers (get colored ones to add beauty).

4. It’s of Salt + table pepper + lemon pepper + cracked black pepper.

5. It’s of Onion powder + garlic powder.

6. You need of Hot sauce + Lea and Perrins Worcester scauce.

7. Prepare 3 of Fire-roasted diced canned tomatoes.

8. Prepare of Parmesan cheese.

9. You need 3 cans of golden sweet corn.

10. You need 2 boxes of chicken broth (one regular sodium and one low sodium).

11. It’s 2 bags of shrimp.

12. You need of BBQ sauce.

Alex took stock of our pantry and whipped up a simple homemade vegetable soup.

It had turmeric broth and tons of flavor, basically a vegetarian version of chicken noodle soup.

1. Cut up your chicken breast along with your carrots and dump them in a stockpot..

2. Now de-stem and de-seed your bell peppers and rip them up and dump them in the pot..

3. Open the shrimp and put them in the pot..

4. Add you canned goods and spices. And pour in both boxes of soup (thats y you have to have a stockpot). 🙂.

5. And stir it every 15 minutes until its done. Add you parmition cheese when you serve it. 🙂 ENJOY..
