Curd Poha instructions

  1. First, put the poha in a bowl and pour water on it. Then put the curd on that and mix well..

  2. Then put capcicum, carrot, corriender leaves, green chilli, salt, augar on that and mix well..

  3. Take one tadka tawa put some oil and make it hot. Then put curry leaves and mustard seeds on that. Fry it for 1 min. Then put this in the curd mix poha. Put some ground nuts on that and mix well. Finally curd poha is ready to serve..

Oggarane or Tempering for Curd Avalakki or Poha: Heat a frying pan, pour Ghee, add Raisins and Cashew nuts.
