  3. It’s 1 can of 15.5-ounce chickpeas, drained.

I did use a little less than the recommended amount of curry - our taste buds are hesitant with that spice - but that was it.

My mom's delicious curried couscous is sure to trigger this same feeling… A while back I posted on the Mendocino Farms Restaurant and their amazing impossible meat taco salad.

  1. Combine the couscous, chickpeas, green onions, carrots, celery, and golden raisins in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside..
