  3. Now heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a wok.splutter cumin seeds.add grinded ingredients and cook it for 3 minutes on low flame.after that add coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder.mix it and cook it for two minutes on medium flame..

  4. Add cream or malai mix it.now add sugar and cook it for two minutes.after that add 1 cup hot water. Bring a boil add garam masala,salt to taste and roasted Fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi..
