Clean flattern rice..

Add hot milk in it and keep it a side for 5-10 minutes..

Add curd, salt, sugar in it. Mix it well..

Heat ghee add mustard, cumin seeds, add Asafoetida, cashews in it. Fry it. Add curry leaves green chillies and ginger saute for one minute. Add this tadka in soaked poha..
