  5. Now make them into small balls and flatten between palms..

  6. Deep fry the vadai in oil till golden and crisp..

  7. Serve hot as such or with chutney..

Masal vadai or paruppu vadai is my favorite.

But the recipe proved me wrong, it came out super crispy outside and crunchy inside…making it perfect.
