  3. You need 1 of onion chopped.

  16. You need 1 tsp of garam masala.

  17. It’s 1 of small stick cinnamon.

  2. Heat ghee in a wok and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and peppercorns.Add chopped onion and fry golden brown. Add the marinated mutton.Also add meat masala,kashmiri red chilli powder,salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Add poppy and fennel seed paste and roasted chickpea flour and toss till oil leaves sides..

  3. Transfer mutton to a pressure cooker.Add 1 cup water and pressure cook 6-8 whistles.Let the steam release on its own so that we get a super soft lal maas.Garnish with slit green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.Serve with roomali roti, tandoori naan or plain basmati rice..
