  2. You need 2 Tbsp of Pumpkin(Grated).

  17. You need 1/2 tsp of jeera/cumin seeds.

  18. It’s 1/8 Tsp of hing/asafoetida.

  19. You need to taste of Salt.

  20. You need 1/2 Tsp of Coconut Oil.

This paneer bhare papad is a combination of paneer and papad.

Both paneer and papad are loved by itself.

This snack is liked by kids as well as grownups.

While I had many ideas for this theme,family vacation took away a lot of planning and I ended up making this yummy paratha (stuffed wholewheat flatbread).

Pumpkin paneer stuff paratha with cucumber sprouts oats curd instructions

  1. To make the stuffing take a mixing bowl, add Paneer,salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder, mix well and keep aside….

  2. To make the roti take a mixing bowl, add 6tbsp wheat flour, grated pumpkin, salt and chopped coriander leaves..

  3. Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough. Rolling it in a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour, flatten it and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin..

  4. Take the previously made filling mixture and put it in the centre. Covering from all sides make it into a ball form with filling. Flatten and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.

  5. Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on both sides. Flip spread 1 tsp ghee and allow it to brown on both sides. Serve hot.

  6. Making cucumber sprouts and oats curd.

  7. In a bowl take 1/2 cup curd, add 1 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped pudina and mix well.

  8. Add salt and mix well..

  9. In a pan add coconut oil, rai, jeera, hing, 4 kadi patta, 1 tbsp moong sprouts and saute well..

  10. Add the sprouts mixture to curd mixture and mix well. Chill and serve with pumpkin paneer stuff paratha…

My elder one is crazy about alu paratha (made in typical Punjabi style) which I shall.

This paraths is stuffed with a spicy paneer mixture, and it is my total favorite.you could add sny spices of your choice, even a touch of chat masala will be good in this.

This paratha can be put in lunch box as well.

Usually stuffed parathas stays soft for a longer time than anything.
