Recipe: Appetizing Carrot oats paratha Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Carrot oats paratha. Paratha is an Indian breakfast preparation. Paratha dough is prepared with whole wheat flour and choice of vegetables and rolled into a flat bread. It is then fried on a pan with some butter or oil.
When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it.
Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha.
Roast until it becomes little crispy.

Ingredients of Carrot oats paratha

It’s 1 cup of Grated carrot.

You need 1 cup of Grated paneer.

Prepare 1 tsp of Grated ginger and green chilli.

It’s 1/4 tsp of Crushed carom seeds.

Prepare 1/4 tsp of Crushed onion seeds.

It’s to taste of Salt.

You need 1 cup of Wheat flour.

It’s 1/2 cup of Oats.

Prepare 1/4 cup of Mota besan/gram flour.

You need 1/2 cup of Jowar flour.

Prepare 2 tbsp of Curd.

You need to taste of Salt.

You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
Your healthy carrot parathas are ready to be served.
Oats Paratha is a healthy, nutritious and weight loss paratha made with quaker oats, wheat flour, veggies and spices.
Serve for breakfast with a cup of tea.
Add the oats powder in a bowl along with onion, carrot, green chilli, cumin powder, fresh coriander and salt to taste.

Take a large bowl combine carrot,paneer,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt,ginger and chilli paste and coriander leaves and mix well..

Now stuffing is ready..

Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,oats,mota besan,jowar flour,curd and salt and mix well..

Make a soft dough with the help of water..

Keep aside for fifteen mins..

Roll out two thin chapati..

Spread carrot and paneer mixture on one chapati and cover with other chapati..

Seal the edges and roll out..

On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.

Serve hot.
Add water and make a soft dough.
Grease a flat pan with Saffola Active oil.
Take a small ball of the dough and spread it on the pan using your fingers.
Keep the pan over heat and cook the paratha from both the sides until browned.
