  1. Take a dekchi, put sugar and water.put on stove. Stir till sugar melts..

  2. When water start boiling add milk put on medium flame. do not stir after adding milk..

  3. After 5 to 10 mnts remove scum from the surface and do it twice or thrice till the syrup gets clear..

  4. Now slow the flame,and cook till syrup is sticky. Aprox.water decreases 1" at sides of dekchi..

  5. Turn Off the flame, cool it.add colour in 2-tbsp of water and this in sugar syrup.you can add more colour if need.1/3rd bottle of essence or 3-4tbsp..

  6. Now strain the whole syrup and fill the bottle of 1litre size.this sharbat is also very tasty in milk. (milk rose)..
