Firstly chopped the tomatoes. Then wash the toor dal and pressure cook it along with chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and turmeric powder for three whistles in the pressure cooker..

After whistle of cooker switch off the flame..

Now take pan add ghee heat it, then add mustard seeds splutter them, add asafoetida, Kasuri methi..

Then put seasoning in cooked dal and serve with rice, chapati..
Cook the dal in pressure cooker till soft.
Heat oil in a small kadai, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies, curryleaves and add it to the cooked Paruppu Keerai Kadaiyal.
Healthy and delicious Paruppu Keerai Paasiparuppu Kadaiyal is ready to be enjoyed.
You can serve it a cup of white stemed rice or as side dish for rotis, chapathis etc.
