Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker. Add Ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute them for a minute on low flame. Add rest of the spices and saute it well until the onions turn translucent. Now add washed and cleaned mutton to it..

Saute it on a medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add water as required and close the lid. Pressure cook it for 7 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Deep fry potato cubes and add them to the cooker..
