Paruppu Poli step by step

  1. Soak Bengal gram Dall 2 hours and put in a cooker cook for 7 whistles..

  2. Take a bowl add maida, ghee, Turmeric powder, salt and water mix well and make a soft dough and rest for 2 hours..

  3. Take a pan add jaggery and water cook 10 minutes and add Bengal gram Dall cook it will thicken..

  4. Take a dough from the small balls and roll it and put the stuffing inside and close the dough and roll it again with rolling pin..

  5. Take a tawa put the Poli and add little ghee cook both sides well in golden in colour. Paruppu Poli is ready to serve..
