How to Summer Perfect Stuffed oats and Aloo Paratha Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Stuffed oats and Aloo Paratha. Aloo paratha are Indian breakfast flatbreads made with whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, spices & herbs. These flavorful and delicious stuffed parathas are a staple in many North Indian households. These are most commonly topped with white butter and served alongside pickle and yogurt.

This is mainly served in the North as breakfast in most of the Punjabi families.

Aloo Parathas also know as Indian bread that is stuffed with boiled and mashed potatoes filling along with spices.

I have been thinking of doing this week's healthy recipe and finally decided to do Oats Masala Paratha.

You can have Stuffed oats and Aloo Paratha using 15 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

  2. Prepare of wheat flour.

  3. Prepare of water.

  4. It’s of Stuffing.

  5. It’s of Boiled potato.

  6. It’s of oats.

  7. Prepare of chopped onions.

  8. It’s of chopped green chilli.

  9. It’s of chopped coriander leaves.

  10. Prepare of grated ginger.

  11. It’s of salt.

  15. You need of Cooking Oil for shallow frying.

Paratha, a stuffed Indian Bread which is so delicious and generally served as main dishes in most of the Indian Restaurants.

We can have any filling inside paratha like Aloo, gobi, beetroot or any vegetable or even mixed vegetable masala.

Whenever I make paratha for my son's lunch box,try to add some nutritive ingredient to make it more healthier.

Aloo paratha or potato roti is one of my favorite types of roti.

Stuffed oats and Aloo Paratha step by step

  1. Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly and knead properly..

  2. Mash boiled potatoes. Add oats, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and carrom seeds and mix well. Make ball of this mixture..

  3. Take a portion of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati and place a ball of stuffing and cover it by bringing edges to the centre..

  4. Roll it like a paratha. Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame till golden..

  5. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown. Like wise make all paratha..

  6. Serve hot with curd or pickle..

This is a flat bread stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes and it is absolutely delicious.

Allow to cool and peel the skin and set aside.

Grate or mash the potatoes and add to a large mixing bowl along with salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves.

Seriously I can't get enough of potatoes and parathas.
