  1. Slice the bell pepper into rings. Heat the coconut oil and slightly fry the sliced red bell pepper.Set aside.

  7. Add 1 cup water and cook the brinjals..

  8. Dry the water completely..

  9. Take the curd and add the cumin powder and Sugar.

  10. Whisk well..

  11. Heat the oil add the cumin seeds, add the curry leaves, red chillies powder.

  12. Add the tempering into the curd.

  13. ASSEMBLING- Remove the brinjal in the serving bowl.

  14. Pour the curd and garnish the fried red bell peppers over the curd.

  15. Serve cold with chapati..
