  2. Prepare 1 cup of Wheat flour.

Methi chapathi step by step

  1. Heat a pan pour 2 tsp of oil.add fenugreek leaves saute a bit now add in chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala powder. In a vessel pour some water, add salt and put wheat flour, to this add fenugreek leaves preparation and mix thoroughly and knead to a firm and soft dough.

  2. Roll out into chapatis..

  3. Heat a pan fry on both sides and spread some ghee..
