  3. When the tomatoes mashed up add sabut garam masala corriender,mint,salt, beaten yougert and peas broil it for few minutes then add water and cover until potatoes tenderized…

  4. Then add rice in it and let it cook until the water soak and then put it in dum and serve….

Using the absorption method, the rice is cooked in one pot with meat or vegetables and aromatic spices.

Green peas are known as matar in hindi and Pulao is a Indian rice pilaf.
