  1. Take a pan pour oil then add cumin and curry leaves broil it for few seconds then add chopped thin slices of onions fry them until golden brown..

  2. Then add g.g paste and cube of tomatoes and potatoes broil them well and cover until the tomatoes tenderized.

  3. When the tomatoes mashed up add sabut garam masala corriender,mint,salt, beaten yougert and peas broil it for few minutes then add water and cover until potatoes tenderized…

  4. Then add rice in it and let it cook until the water soak and then put it in dum and serve….
