RaajMa and Rice. Rajma Chawal (Kidney beans with rice) is a comforting and very simple dish. It is not only a tasty dish but also full of proteins. In case if you feel lazy to cook, yet want a wholesome,healthy,comforting dish, then this is a perfect choice.
You can also add a little salt in it for taste.

Add Masala. Add Ginger. Take out soaked beans, discard water, add beans to the pot. Add Salt. Add about 3 cups of water. Bring everything to Boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 90 minutes - until beans are fork tender. Add 1 cup water at a time, as needed - dont let it dry and don't add too much water..

Add Cumin and Corriander powder, green chillies and cilantro. Top with 1 TB Butter. Let it rest. Serve when ready over rice..
