In deep bottom vessel take oil, add mustard seeds in hot oil..

Add ginger, chilli-garlic paste, onion, stir for a minute. Add tomato and stir for two more minutes..

Add all dry masala. Turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder. Stir for a minute..
