Finish all chopping boiling and do all the prep work before we start cooking..

Boil and mash potatoes. Also boil green peas..

Finely Chop Tomatoes, Red Onions and Green Bell Peppers.

Finely Chop Corriender.

Now Lets start cookin..

In a non stick pot heat 4 tablespoon vegetable oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves..

Once the seeds start to crackle add chopped onions. Wait for 2 mins and add garlic and ginger paste. Wait another 2 mins and add chopped green bell peppers..

Let it cook for 3 mins and add chopped tomatoes, boiled green peas..

Add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Salt to taste.

Once the tomatoes become soft use a hand crusher and mash the mixture till its gravy like.

Add mashed potatoes and mix well to ensure that there are no lumps and let it simmer for 5 mins..

Add corriender and squeeze half a lemon. And stir well..
