  2. You need 1/2 cup of dahi.

  3. You need 3 tbsp of blended spinach.

Spinach suji idli step by step

  1. Mix suji and dahi in a big bowl add rest for 15 minutes..

  2. Add salt, chilli powder, rai and required water made semi thick batter..

  3. Heat pressure cooker with 1 glass of water and grease all idly plates..

  4. Add baking soda in batter and mix gently. Divide batter in two halfs. Add spinach in first half and mix well..

  5. Take idli plates pour 1 tsp white batter then pour 1 tsp green batter repeat the process till completely fill..

  6. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve hot with any sauce or sambaro. Happy cooking.
