  8. Now make another Puri and place in a mould like seen in the pictures.Apply water and fry it..

  9. Take the stripe basket and place the small Puri basket in it..

  10. Now place the chilled mix Fruit Matho in it.Garnish with cherries and preferred fruits.Enjoy as its a wonderful combination of crispy and smoothness,so it can be served for dessert too..
