  1. Wash and diced the Irish potatoes, carrots, and onions into different plates. Boil the minced meat. Add curry, thyme,1 seasoning cube and salt to taste and set aside..

  3. Pour some vegetables oil in a frying pan and set it on fire. When the oil is hot, slice the onions and pour it into the oil, fry for bit and add the minced meat. Fry the meat until is done. Add curry,thyme and the red pepper and mix properly.add the drained vegetables and mix properly and set aside..

  4. To make the samosas dough. Pour the flour, add 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil,add pinch of salt and a little warm water bit by bit and mix it properly until you get strechy dough..

  5. Cover the samosas dough for like 20 minutes with an air tight aluminium foil. Then knead the dough to make it more elastic as seen above..

  6. Roll out the dough with a roller to make 3mm thickness use a cutter to make a round cut on the roll out and remove the excess dough. Cut into 2 equal halves as seen above..

  7. Scoop some meat sauce into the cone shape and cover it as seen above..

  8. Arrange it in a tray as seen above..

  9. Put some vegetables oil into a deep frying pan and fry until it get golden brown..
