Ingredients of Poha cheese balls

  1. You need 2 cups of Poha.

  2. It’s 2 of Onion finely chopped.

  3. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.

  4. You need 1 tbsp of Garlic paste.

  5. You need 1 of Green Chilli chopped.

  6. It’s 3 tbsp of Carrot grated.

  7. You need 1 of Boiled potato grated.

  8. It’s 10 small of Cheese cubes ‘1 cm ‘ cut pieces.

  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  10. It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.

  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Mango powder.

  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.

  13. Prepare to taste of Salt.

In a bowl, add poha, potatoes, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, green chilies, coriander powder, amchur powder and corn flour, mix well.

Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and form round lemon sized balls.

Coat the prepared mixture with semolina (rawa) and deep-fry till golden brown.

Now make a ball out of the prepared potato-poha mix, make a dent in the middle of the ball and place the cut single mozzarella cheese cube in it.

Poha cheese balls instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, put salt,chopped vegetables,oil, red chilli powder and two cup water in it and mix well, let it boil for sometime..

  2. Grind the poha to powder in grinder.

  3. Now add this poha powder slowly in the boiling water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed..

  4. Saute this mix for sometime in medium flame and then put of the gas stove..

  5. Keep this mixture aside to cool down..

  6. Put salt and red chilli powder in mix well it properly.

  7. Now make round Balls from this poha mix and stuff it with cheese. Make all the balls ready this way.

  8. Now steam all these balls in a steamer for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle chilli flakes.

  9. Ready to Serve it hot with your favorite chutney or dip.

Take some more prepared mixture and cover the dent.

Roll it in-between your palms to form a ball.

Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.
