Soaked Dalia for 10 minutes and Boiled the spanich..

Now put Spanich in grinder and grind to make paste..

Then in bowl put Soaked Dalia, Spanich, salt, Black pepper powder and mix it nicely..

Now take Idli stand fill all cavity..

Then take cooker put water and stand then remove rubber and whistle..
Now grease the Idli Stand with Oil.
Add the Dalia mixture in greased Idli stand holes.
Place Idli stand inside the cooker.
The water level in the cooker should stay below the lowest Idli tray.
Cover the Cooker with its lid.
