  1. In your cooking pot, add your water and pinch of salt and heat it until boiled. Then you get a clean bowl add cold water and little semovita and put it in your boiling water and gentle mix after mixing you allow it to raise for some minute.

  2. You then use your cooking pistol to keep on mixing add gentle adding your semovita until down you preheat your gas to allow it slowly done and you serve.

  3. You add your palm oil and egusi and gentle mix them together add your granded peppers and mix follow by adding water little your spices, boiled meat,fish,ganda and close it to boil. when it done you add your water leaf and red oil and stir together add close to boil. Note:- why I first used palm oil instead of red oil it brings you the colour you wish, using this method. Thanks.
