  1. Take chicken mince in a mixer jar add salt and other chicken balls ingredients in it and blend it till creame smooth paste not to add water in it.

  2. Once done make balls of this grind mixture and keep aside.

  3. Now boiled the washed fresh methi with water,when done left out from hot water and dip in cold water.

  4. Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,after it add chopped garlic and green chillies and saute for 10 to 12 seconds.

  5. Remove all water from boiled methi and add this and stir it.

  6. Now add whisked curd in this methi mixture and continue stir till boil.

  7. Once boiled add salt and chicken balls in it cover it and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes or till balls completely cook.

  8. Add milk,cream,black pepper powder in a bowl and mix.

  9. Now add this in chicken and methi balls mixture,stir continue and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  10. Finally add dry kasuri methi and cheese in this mixture and cook till cheese completely dissolved.

  11. Sprinkle fresh chopped Coriander for garnish at time of serve.

  12. Now Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta is ready to serve.
