Add the kofta to the skillet, and turn the heat to low.

Firstly either grate or mince veggies in a food processor or a food chopper or with a grater.

Serving suggestion: serve veg kofta as a snack or starter with coriander chutney , mint chutney , tamarind date chutney or ketchup.
