Kodo millet idlis !!. Kodo Millet is an easily available millet. It is called as Kodra in Hindi and Harka in kannada and Koovaragu in Malayalam. I have just replaced Varagu arisi with normal idli rice.
In a bowl, add urad dal, fenugreek seeds, pressed rice, kodo millet and wash them.
Pour a little amount of water and add salt.
Grind to a fine thick batter.

It’s 1 &1/2 cup of kodo millet.

Prepare 1/2 cup of urad dal.

Prepare 1/2 cup of poha.

It’s 1 tsp of methi seeds.

Transfer the batter into a large vessel and keep aside for overnight.

Firstly take the measures quantity of kodo millet, dal and methi seeds in a big bowl and wash it well.Then soak it for 5 to 6 hours.

Just half an hour before grinding soak the poha..

Then put all of these in the mixer and grind to make a batter..
