  1. It’s 2 cups of Gram Flour or Besan.

  1. Make a semi thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned using as little water as possible. As Onions are used, addition of water should be minimal as Onions have a tendency of leaving water. If you do not take care, the batter will be watery. You will not be able to make good Pakoras..

  2. Deep fry dropping small balls into hot Oil taking extra care while doing so. For the beginners, use a flat spoon or a spatula. In this way you will get evenly sized Pakoras. Enjoy these lipsmacking and crunchy Pakoras with any Chutney of your choice. Happy Frying People!.

Take oil in a deep bottom pan,add hing and onion and fry till the onion become golden brown.

Add kasuri methi and fry for few seconds.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till it become slight golden or till the oil separates.

Add turmeric powder,Coriander powder,red chilly powder,garam masala powder and salt.
