When I was searching for a simple recipe, I landed on Iskon site , where they used urad dal for the koftas. Occasionally the rice along with other ingredients are prepared collectively in spices and broth, although maybe the rice is par boiled and also the plant and/ or meat are cooked in.

  2. Chopped all veggies.oil the green peas and soya chunks till 2 whistle..

  3. Boil the rice and peas also Fry the potato finger.soak tha soya chunk and boil..

  4. Now mix all ingredients of kofta and fry small kofta in hot oil till golden brown..

  5. Take a Kadahi add oil ghee jeera, mustard seeds and hing. Now add onion and whole spices.. Saute them.. Now add carrot and Cauliflower. Saute..

  6. Now add other veggies and spices. Now add fried potato finger..

  7. Now add boiled rice and cashew nuts and kishmish. Add coriander and kofta.add some butter in it..

  8. Kofta vegetables pulao is ready to serve..

Add kofta and MW for one min.

Garnish with coriander and fresh cream Yummy malai kofta is ready.

Using non- deep fried koftas did not make much of a difference.
