Soak rice & urad dal in separate bowl overnight.

In the next morning clean them thoroughly & make a fine batter..

Mix both the batter & add grated coconut,cottage cheese, sugar or jaggery, cashew nuts, raisins, black pepper & baking powder..

Properly mix all the ingredients & keep it cover for 1 hour for fermentation..

Preheat the pressure cooker & put the ghee & form a thin layer coating all over the inner surface.(here you can use oven also)..

Pour the fermented batter into the cooker & cover it with lid without the whistle..

Place the cooker in lower flame for about 40 to 50 mints.Then switch off the flame & wait the cooker to cool down..

After that carefully remove the Pitha & cut into your desire shape..
