Pancit w Shrimps and Chicken. Shrimp and Chicken Pancit Canton is one of my favorite Filipino stir fried flour sticks version. I love the combination of pancit canton and shrimp, and the addition of shredded chicken elevates the dish to next level of yumminess. The variety of vegetables are just icing on the cake, so to speak.

Stir fry and toss Pancit Bihon Pork and Chinese sausage are the most common meat used, but this recipe is made simple and healthier using chicken and shrimp.

This pancit uses two different types of pancit noodles, giving great texture.

Ingredients of Pancit w Shrimps and Chicken

  1. You need of Miki Pancit noodles.

  2. It’s of Shrimps deshelled marinate in Lemon Juice, garlic powder and pepper.Cover and put in fridge.

Transfer the chicken to a bowl to cool, and reserve the cooking liquid.

Once the chicken is cool enough to handle, discard the skin.

Tear the chicken into bite-size pieces and shred into thin strands.

  1. In hot wok or pan with hot sesame oil sprinkle garlic powder and sauté shrimps until shrimps turn color. Then set aside.

Add dry pancit canton noodles and cabbage.

Lower heat to medium low and mix using a spaghetti spoon (much easier to maneuver than regular cooking spoon).

Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet or large wok over medium-high heat.

Mix chicken mixture with noodles, add soy seasoning to taste, and serve.

Pancit Bihon is rice thin noodles made from rice and flour.
