Set the batter aside to rest for 30 minutes. Grease plate or cake pan or deep container with oil..

Heat the steamer with water. Then place grease plate inside steamer..

Pour batter..

Steam till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, around 20 to 30 minutes. Once it ready carefully remove the plate from the steamer and let it cool..
